Job Description:
Libertatem is seeking a compassionate Complex Care Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a young teenager with SMA in their home in West Yorkshire during a maternity cover placement. Shifts are 2 days per week (Monday and Tuesday), 8:00am – 4:15pm, with some flexibility on days of the week.
You will be supporting basic personal care and moving and handling, with full training provided for respiratory care and the client’s specialist needs.
