Night Senior Care Lead — Residents & Team Support

South Coast Nursing Homes seeks a Senior Care Assistant to join Berkeley Lodge Nursing Home in Worthing on night shifts. Reporting to the nurse in charge and Home Manager, you will lead a busy care team, perform clinical care, assessments and documentation.

Hours are 36 per week, including every other weekend. You will support care assistants, dispense medications, and ensure high-quality personal care, promoting independence and building relationships with residents and relatives.
