Position Details
- Hours: 20 hours per week (to be discussed with the manager)
- Pay: Starting at £13.70 per hour, with enhanced rates up to £15.00 depending on shifts during weekends and evenings.

Role Highlights
As a Care Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in enabling residents to live independently and actively. Your daily tasks will include light domestic duties, coordinating resident activities, and assisting with appointments and shopping.
About You
- Location: Ideally located within commuting distance to our estate.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in a UK health and social care role preferred, with a passion for working with older adults. A Level 2 QCF qualification in Health and Social Care (Adults) is an asset but not mandatory.
- Skills: Warm, friendly, and dedicated to exceptional service; thrive in a team environment and eager to make a positive difference.
