ELSA: Emotional Literacy Support for Student Wellbeing

Just Teachers Ltd is recruiting for a Bradford secondary school to appoint an ELSA dedicated to supporting pupils’ emotional wellbeing. You will work 1:1 and in small groups to help develop emotional resilience, self-esteem and positive coping strategies, maintaining records and working closely with the SENCO and pastoral team.

The role is full-time and long-term, starting September 2026, offering an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in children’s lives within an inclusive school
