Senior Dental Nurse
As a Senior Dental Nurse, you will take the clinical and managerial lead of dental nurses and receptionists, including timetabling, recruitment, training and supervision and supporting clinical governance programmes. Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical and managerial leadership for dental nurses and reception staff.
- Timetabling, recruitment, training and supervision of the team.
- Support clinical governance programmes.
- Deliver support at other clinics when necessary and provide coverage for Saturday or Sunday sessions.
Qualifications and Experience
- Excellent organisational, leadership, oral and written communication skills.
- Certificates in Dental Radiography and Conscious Sedation are advantageous.
- Flexibility with regard to working hours and locations.
- Ability to travel to cover other clinics.
Working Hours & Location
Full time, 12‑month FTC contract, 37.5 hours per week. Flexible hours, covering Saturday or Sunday sessions if required and may involve other clinic locations.
