Senior Residential Child Care Lead – Support & Safeguarding

Lancashire County Council in Lancaster is recruiting a Senior Residential Child Care Worker for our SPACE Hub. You will lead a team of Hub Practitioners, safeguard children with complex needs, and support care planning and education within a busy residential setting.

The role requires at least 3 years in children’s social care, QCF Level 4 or NVQ Level 3/4, and proven leadership during shifts. The position is permanent, full-time (37 hours) with a rota including nights, weekends and sleep-in
