Senior Care Leader: Resident Wellbeing & Support

Avery Healthcare Group is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to work with the care team to deliver high standards of personal, safe, caring, and inclusive care for residents, visitors and staff. You will monitor wellbeing, participate in monthly evaluations and support residents with their medication needs.

You will also supervise staff, act as a point of contact for residents and relatives, and escalate concerns as required to ensure a positive care environment.
