Lead Care & Support Team: Empower Independence

CYGNET in Huddersfield is recruiting a confident Care & Support Team Leader to deliver outstanding care. This full-time role covers 42 hours per week, with 12-hour shifts and alternating weekends on a two-week rolling rota.

You will lead a dedicated staff team at the Supported Living service in Ashfield, supporting individuals with complex mental health needs, learning disabilities, autism and challenging behaviours.
