We have an opportunity for a Building Craftsperson (Painter) to work at Wansbeck General Hospital and community hospitals (Alnwick, Berwick, Blyth and Rothbury). The position is 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will work alongside the existing team to maintain the hospital site and outlying buildings and will also take part in the emergency maintenance assistant on‑call rota.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day‑to‑day operations and building fabric within the Trust and non‑Trust properties, including installation work.
- Participate in the Estates on‑call rota and undertake essential out‑of‑hours duties as directed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Significant experience in Building Services with painting and general maintenance duties.
- Strong computer literacy and knowledge of relevant software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure and handle conflicting priorities.
