The 4 on 4 off MIG Welder role comes with a favourable hourly rate of £29.33 per hour.

Daily Tasks

• Welding in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) using MIG welding of mild steel.
• Must possess the ability to read and understand welding drawings.
• Have effective verbal, and written skills.

To apply for the MIG Welding position, you will need an eye for detail, a high level of accuracy and a good timekeeping and attendance record. Previous MIG welding experience is essential for this position.

On‑site Assessment

All applicants will be required to successfully complete a client specific weld test on‑site at JCB as part of the assessment process. This may involve a butt weld, multi run, fillet weld and a boss weld.

You will need to be flexible and willing to work shifts, and shift allowances will be paid in addition to an hourly rate where applicable.
