Lead Packaging Gluing Machinist – 4-Day Week

Polytec Personnel Ltd is assisting a St Ives-based client in recruiting a skilled Machinist to lead the gluing department in carton production. You will set up, operate and maintain state-of-the-art Bobst and Baumer HHS gluing equipment to ensure cartons meet high-quality standards and production deadlines.

The role requires leading a small team, reporting to the Gluing Manager, and working a 40-hour week with a four-day schedule.
