Precision Spot Welder – Training + Overtime + £2k

TipTopJob in Sandbach is looking for a Spot Welder to join a sheet metal fabrication business. You will work day shifts during the first 12 weeks (7:30 am–4:30 pm Mon–Thu, 12:30 pm finish Fri), then move to a rotating 6:2/2:10 shift pattern once fully trained.

Starting salary is GBP 26,500 during training, rising to GBP 29,000–34,200 DOE after training. Overtime is paid at time-and-a-half after 39 hours and double-time after 48 hours.
