Industrial Training & Capability Architect (Hybrid)

Volvo Penta UK & Ireland is seeking a Technical Trainer & Development Specialist to lead competence development across our Industrial unit in the UK and Ireland. The role is based in Warwick with hybrid work and occasional UK travel.

You will own end-to-end training initiatives, design learning solutions for engines, CAN systems, EV/BESS and diagnostics, and collaborate with Service and Application Engineers to upskill teams and deploy effective training programs.
