We’re looking for an experienced Bench Welder to join a busy manufacturing team on a temporary basis.

This is a hands‑on role focused on the assembly and fabrication of mild steel pallets, supporting production targets while maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship.

What You’ll Be Doing

• MIG welding mild steel components to specification
• Assembling and fabricating steel pallets
• Supporting the wider assembly and production team
• Reading and working from basic drawings and work instructions
• Carrying out quality checks on completed products
• Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment
• Meeting daily production targets and deadlines

What We’re Looking For

• Previous bench welding or fabrication experience
• MIG welding skills are essential
• Experience working with mild steel
• Ability to work accurately and consistently
• Good attention to detail and quality standards
• Reliable, hardworking and able to work as part of a team
