Senior Mechanical Estates Manager

NHS is seeking a Senior Estates Officer (Mechanical Bias) to lead the Estates Engineering Services within the Trust. You will drive operational management, ensure safe and compliant operation of engineering systems, and support high-quality patient care across sites.

You will manage maintenance activity, provide technical leadership in mechanical disciplines, and oversee critical systems such as HVAC, water, medical gases, and electrical distribution.
