Trainee Machine Operator | Blandford | £28,000 – £35,000 per annum

Day Shift

• Monday: 07:00 – 17:30
• Tuesday – Thursday: 07:00 – 17:00

Night Shift

• Monday – Wednesday: 18:30 – 06:30
• Thursday: 18:30 – 22:30

Responsibilities

• Working alongside a production team to manufacture high quality products
• Operating machinery and equipment once full training is complete
• Carrying out assembly, finishing and quality inspection tasks
• Keeping your work area safe, organised and ready for the next task
• Contributing ideas as part of ongoing improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Experience

• A positive attitude and genuine willingness to learn
• Good attention to detail in a hands‑on role
• A reliable, punctual approach with a strong work ethic
• Your own transport, or live within walking distance of Iracroft in Blandford
• A good level of physical fitness for a hands‑on role
