Repairs Surveyor — Damp & Mould Expert for Homes

Lambeth Council in London is seeking a Repairs Surveyor to diagnose, specify and manage repairs across its housing stock. You will carry out pre- and post-inspections and identify defects, ensuring repairs are completed to a high standard.

A major part of the role involves dealing with damp and mould; you will develop long-term solutions in line with current guidance, working closely with contractors, residents and colleagues to support residents and maintain safe homes.
