Plater – Methil
Navantia UK is looking for multiple skilled Platers to join our expanding team in Methil. Following the acquisition of Harland & Wolff’s facilities, we are investing heavily in future UK shipbuilding, defence, maritime, and clean energy projects.
What you’ll be doing
- Fabricating and welding structural steelwork to high standards
- Working from engineering drawings and specifications
- Meeting quality, safety, and production targets
- Collaborating with a skilled team to deliver on time
What we’re looking for
- Experience in plating or welding
- Strong Health & Safety awareness
- A proactive, reliable, team‑focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and deliver quality work
- NVQ 3 or equivalent time served
