About the role

Our Electrical Apprenticeship is a fully supported route into a skilled, rewarding trade. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers on real projects, gaining practical skills four days a week and studying towards a recognised qualification on day release. No experience needed — just enthusiasm, a willingness to learn and a great attitude.

What you’ll do

• Learn on the job alongside qualified electricians on live projects.
• Develop practical installation, testing and fault‑finding skills.
• Study towards a recognised electrical qualification on day release.
• Learn to work safely and to BS 7671 (18th Edition) standards.
• Support the wider team and build experience across our disciplines.

What we’re looking for

• A genuine interest in electrical engineering and a desire to learn.
• GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English at grade 4/C or above (or working towards).
• A positive, reliable and safety‑conscious attitude.
• Good communication and willingness to be part of a team.
• Eligibility to work in the UK and to travel to sites and college.

Nice to have

• Any prior practical, construction or work experience.
• A provisional or full UK driving licence.
