Bupa in Bedworth is hiring a Bank Care Assistant to support residents with clinical, social and emotional care. The role includes assisting with personal care, companionship, and coordinating with nurses and senior staff to monitor health and wellbeing.

We offer flexible shifts (including early, late and night patterns), a fully paid induction, and DBS check (paid by Bupa). Applicants must be willing to undergo DBS clearance. DBS cost is covered by the employer.
