Bank Care Assistant

About the Role

This is a casual, part‑time Bank Care Assistant role at Barchester care home, offering flexible working to cover shifts for annual leave, sick leave, or other situations.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including food, drink and personal care.
• Follow care plans and ensure each resident receives one‑to‑one support.
• Provide companionship and share memorable moments with residents.
• Support residents in a warm and compassionate environment.
• Adapt to varying duties each day while ensuring the highest standard of care.
