Responsibilities
- Carrying out detailed assessments and reviews
- Ensuring that care charges are fair and manageable
- Supporting revenue recovery and debt resolution
- Working alongside people receiving Adult Social Care services
- Providing detailed advice and guidance on revenue processes and the Care Act
Requirements
- Provide effective customer service, giving clear and succinct advice, responding appropriately to customers’ needs
- Communicate effectively with a range of people in a clear, concise and accurate manner
- Demonstrate knowledge of debt recovery processes, money advice services, budgeting, and financial and account procedures
- Plan and organise a varied workload for self and others, working to short deadlines
