Community Asset Development & Ownership Officer

The Coalfields Regeneration Trust (CRT) is seeking a Development Officer to deliver the Collaborative Community Ownership Support Service (C-COSS) in Wales. The post will help community organisations acquire, manage and sustain assets, with a focus on governance, asset transfer, sustainability and investment readiness.
