Senior Adolescent Social Worker (Maternity Cover)

UCLH is seeking a Senior Social Worker for Adolescents to deliver age‑appropriate support to young people with complex health and safeguarding needs. Based in our specialist adolescent service, this maternity cover post offers teamwork with a skilled MDT in a nationally recognised trust.

You will perform high‑quality assessments, manage risk, and contribute to discharge planning while collaborating with families, CAMHS, adult mental health teams, and local authorities across the UK.
