IPS Employment Specialist – Help People Into Work

SEL Mind’s IPS Employment Service seeks five permanent IPS Employment Specialists in Greenwich and one in Bromley to help people with mental health needs return to work as part of Community Mental Health Teams, promoting inclusion and sustainable paid roles.

You will deliver the Individual Placement and Support approach (training provided), motivate participants, engage employers, and maintain accurate case notes to monitor progress toward targets and successful employment outcomes.
