Education HR Officer – Schools & Compliance

The Basildon Academies are seeking a Human Resources Officer to support both the Basildon Upper and Lower Academies. The role focuses on accurate HR administration, confidentiality, and timely delivery of processes to keep the academies running smoothly.

You will manage HR records, support recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations under the guidance of the HR team, with safeguarding requirements and regular DBS checks.
