Job Overview
We are seeking a Service Delivery Officer for the Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH). The role is fast‑paced and involves processing referrals from across the community, managing statutory deadlines, and providing support to child protection meetings. The position is hybrid, with office coverage required Monday to Friday on a rotational basis; at least two or three days per week are expected to be in the office.
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely processing and passing of referrals to MASH while meeting statutory deadlines.
- Handle referrals received via email or phone from professionals and the public.
- Provide support for child protection meetings, including arranging meetings and preparing concise minutes within required timescales.
- Communicate with families and professionals regarding case outcomes and general office administrative duties.
- Maintain high levels of confidentiality and make decisions in accordance with policy.
- Contribute to process improvement and change initiatives within the team.
