People Ops Assistant – Onboarding & HR Admin

Iomart in Glasgow is seeking an enthusiastic HR Assistant to support the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, helping to deliver a positive and seamless experience in a fast-paced technology business.

You’ll be the first point of contact for the HR team, manage the HR inbox, assist with contracts, benefits, payroll-related admin and employee relations, and contribute to projects across DEI, training and internal communications.
