NHS Outpatient Reception Clerk — Flexible Hours

The Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is inviting applications for an Outpatient Reception Clerk to join the Main Outpatient Department. The role supports the busy reception, greeting patients and visitors, handling calls, and directing people to the correct clinics.

You will work across multiple sites with Freeman and Benfield as your main base, 37 hours 30 minutes per week, Monday to Friday 08:30–17:00 with a one-hour lunch. The closing date is 16 July 2026.
