IPS Employment Specialist – Help People Return to Work

Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an IPS Employment Specialist to deliver Individual Placement Support for service users who want paid employment as part of their recovery goals.

You will manage a caseload of up to 25 adults with mental health challenges, working intensively to help them obtain and sustain work in line with IPS principles. We welcome all suitable candidates, but sponsorship for this role will not be offered.
