Experienced Adults Social Worker – Learning Disability

Community Care Live is looking for an experienced Adults Social Worker in Lewes, East Sussex to join the Learning Disability Team. You will undertake statutory assessments, promote independence, and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
