Management Couple : Stunning Pub/Hotel : West Sussex : Live:In : A GBP 65,000

One of the couple will need to be a Chef. The other a warm and gracious host to run the front of house.

My client has an amazing site and is looking for a couple to come and make it the best it can be in terms of product and profit.

The salary is up to 20% of the wet business and 25% of the dry business and rooms. Live accommodation is a stunning 2‑bed flat with huge space, done to the same specification as the hotel and stunning views.

About The Position

• You will have full financial accountability and stock ordering responsibilities.
• You will develop and train the team, taking on board all feedback and actioning where necessary.
• You are in control to generate your menu, including wine choices, beer preferences and food choices.

• Fresh food experience is essential.
• You are on your game, aware of what is needed for the company to thrive.
• Great experience record, with a proven record in the industry and P&L awareness.
