Merchandising & Planning Assistant – Flexible Hours

Anthropologie seeks an Assistant Planner/Assistant Merchandiser to join our UK Home Office team. You will develop sound merchandise plans to maximise sales, full-price sell-through, stock turn and margin, across Stores and Online channels.

You will own the assortment plan, analyse channel and product attributes, collaborate with buyers, and lead a small allocation team, using advanced Excel and retail systems to drive profitable outcomes.
