Adult Social Worker – Live Well at Home (Flexible Hours)

Tameside Adult’s Services in Denton is seeking a Social Worker to lead support for adults to live well at home, manage a caseload, and perform Care Act Assessments, Support Plans, Mental Capacity Assessments and Best Interest Decisions.

You will signpost to services, work with health and social care colleagues to coordinate responses, and benefit from ongoing training, flexible working, and a supportive team.
