IPS Employment Specialist – Mental Health (Dorset)

Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting Band 5 Employment Specialists to join Dorset Work Matters (DWM), supporting clients across Dorset. One full-time role covers East Dorset, based in the Christchurch Community Mental Health team.

You will help clients identify employment goals, prepare CVs and applications, discuss disclosure with employers, provide welfare benefits advice, and deliver in-work support while adhering to IPS fidelity and KPIs.
