Outcomes First Group’s Miller House School in Stoneygate, Leicester, is seeking a passionate SENCo to shape outstanding SEND provision for 11–16 SEMH pupils. Lead strategy, policy and day-to-day SEND support to ensure every child thrives.
The role involves data-led improvement, collaboration with SLT and external partners, safeguarding, inclusion, and driving school development. QTS/QTLS and SEN Coordination award expected; full UK driving licence preferred.
