Remote Church & Community Engagement Lead

Peterborough Diocesan Board of Finance is seeking a Church & Community Engagement Officer to develop inclusive, community‑based use of church buildings. You will engage local authorities, charities and groups to promote access, fundraising and revenue generation across the diocese.

You will work with Parochial Church Councils to identify funding sources, navigate grants, and plan projects that broaden community impact. Flexible, hybrid working with travel across the diocese is expected.
