Facilities & Premises Officer — Hybrid & First Aid

North East Ambition is recruiting two full time, permanent Assistant Support Services Officers based at Meadowfield Depot and Green Lane Council Offices, Spennymoor. You will manage day-to-day operations of designated premises and supervise the Property Assistants within that building.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, First Aid training (or willingness to obtain), and experience in facilities management with supervisory responsibilities.
