Social Worker – Mental Health Placements (Contract)

Service Care Solutions Ltd is seeking an ASW Social Worker (2+ PQE) to join the Mental Health Review Placement Team on a contract basis. You will review out-borough placements, conduct Care Act assessments, and manage funding requests to ensure suitable placements that meet individuals’ needs.

You will make MCA and BI decisions, provide representation and advocacy for clients, raise safeguarding alerts, and collaborate with agencies to ensure s.117 aftercare eligibility.
