Technical Support Officer-Housing Adaptations & Compliance

Dacorum Borough Council is recruiting a Technical Support Officer for the Property Services Planned and Adaptations Team. This permanent role supports surveyors and administrative staff in delivering major and minor adaptations across our housing stock.

You will manage office tasks, liaise with contractors, maintain records, track progress, and help ensure compliance with council policies and legislation, including equality duties. A DBS check will be completed for the successful candidate.
