Member Engagement & Digital Inclusion Specialist

Burmantofts Community Friends in Leeds is seeking an Engagement Worker (Membership and Digital) to help older people live independent, happy lives. The role promotes digital inclusion, financial resilience and access to support services, connecting people to new opportunities, groups and activities.

Reporting to the Deputy Manager and working under the CEO, you will be the first contact for new members, develop action plans, deliver support sessions and recruit members.
