Job Description:
Just Teachers Ltd. is recruiting a Pastoral and Nurture Support Worker for a Bradford primary school. The role is full-time and starts in September 2026, with a view to permanency, working closely with teachers and the SENDCo to provide targeted pastoral and learning-mentor support.
You will help pupils overcome barriers to learning, deliver nurture sessions, support wellbeing programmes, and maintain accurate records. Strong experience with SEND and trauma-informed approaches is essential.
