Outpatient Reception Coordinator (Flexible Hours)

The Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting an Outpatient Reception Clerk to join the Main Outpatient Department. You will provide a friendly, efficient reception service to patients and visitors, in person or by telephone, across multiple sites with Freeman and Benfield as your main base.

The role requires good communication, IT and literacy/numeracy skills and the ability to work as part of a busy team. NHS experience and a commitment to confidentiality are desirable.
