Pastoral Support Officer – Student Welfare & Attendance

Hanham Woods Academy is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Support Officer to promote welfare, attendance and behaviour for a defined cohort of students in Bristol. You will identify safeguarding concerns and work with families and external agencies to remove barriers to learning.

The role requires strong communication, relationship-building with students and groups, and a commitment to helping young people achieve their potential within education.
