Senior Adult Social Worker (Band 8) – Hybrid

Trafford Council is seeking an experienced Social Worker (Band 8) to join Adult Social Care as part of the ILED journey. The role requires handling complex cases, safeguarding, and strong professional judgement within a supportive team.

You will work across neighbourhoods, hospital discharge and learning disability services, with hybrid working (minimum 3 days in the office) and a 36.25-hour week. Drive, evidence-based decisions, and partnerships with health and housing are essential.
