Senior Social Worker, Pre-Birth Safeguarding (Locum)

Randstad Care is seeking a Senior Social Worker for the Pre-Birth Team in Redcar & Cleveland. This locum contract is full-time (37 hours per week) with a premium rate of £31.74 per hour.

The role focuses on high-risk family assessment, safeguarding, and court work to determine care plans from birth. You will conduct complex Pre-Birth Assessments, lead multi-agency strategy meetings, manage PLO cases, and mentor colleagues while engaging with parents with challenging histories.
