St Paul’s CofE Primary School & Nursery, Tongham is seeking a Specialist SEN Support Worker to provide dedicated 2:1 support for a child with complex SEND and significant mental health needs. You will work alongside an experienced Specialist Resource Provision teacher within our nurturing, inclusive setting.
The role focuses on regulation, personalised strategies, and building trusting relationships, within a supportive MDT and 39-week timetable. Training in trauma-informed practice is provided.
