Ascent People Ltd in the East Midlands is seeking a capable 1st/2nd Line Software Support / Service Desk analyst to join our IT team. You will provide frontline helpdesk support for enterprise software and aim to resolve issues efficiently, with emphasis on clear communication and timely escalation when needed.
You’ll work 9–5 with no weekend duties, supporting Oracle, Dynamics, SAP, Navision, Visual Studio, SQL Server and Windows environments. ITIL knowledge is valued and training is available.
