Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Assist the team on site with the hard services required by the client.
  • Represent the hard services team and ensure successful site support for all engineering requirements.
  • Ensure Specialist Vendor service visits are completed efficiently, quality of work inspected, and recommendations communicated to the Account Manager.
  • Carry out Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) tasks and adhere to compliance guidelines, statutory acts and regulations.
  • Accurately report all completed work orders, recording any critical spares or stock items used.
  • Utilize the Corrigo platform.
  • Deliver a high level of customer‑focused service and participate in additional training as required.
  • Complete weekly reports, noting significant events or activities and communicating them to the JLL FM team and the Account Manager.
  • Participate in Health and Safety compliance activities such as hazard/near‑miss reporting and scheduled Toolbox Talks.
  • Ensure compliance with JLL MEP processes and procedures on all relevant work orders, and maintain risk‑management documentation (MOP, SOP or EOP) for all critical works.
  • Liaise with the account manager when ordering M&E components for remedial or corrective works.
  • Take ownership of areas (including all plant rooms) under Integral control, ensuring they are brought up to and maintained at the required site standards.
  • Efficiently and effectively complete CAFM work orders allocated within the agreed SLA.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Facilities Environments.
  • Electrical/Mechanical HVAC Engineering apprenticeship or equivalent C&G points 1 & 2, F‑Gas equivalent or exceeds.
  • 18th Edition IEE: Wiring and Installation C&G 2391 test and inspection.
  • BS 7671:2001 for inspection, testing and certification.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with all levels of staff.
  • Proactive in achieving the highest standard of operation.
  • Good IT and report‑writing skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure while remaining calm and clear‑thinking, delivering required services within time constraints.
