About the Role

Graduate IT Support, Trainee Service Desk Analyst, Junior IT Support, 1st Line Service Desk, MS Office, Software Support, MS Windows, Nottingham, up to £20K + Training – Global Software House.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT help desk support for a high‑volume service desk environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Windows, Office, and enterprise software.
• Maintain accurate logs and support tickets.
• Contribute to knowledge base and process improvement.
• Participate in on‑call rotations if required.

Qualifications

• Recent Computer Science or IT (or related) graduate.
• Good problem‑solving skills and customer service attitude.
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 8/10) and MS Office.
• Willingness to learn product and hold recognized service desk qualifications such as ITIL.
